Lilly Singh made me laugh today. She reminded me of myself. I definitely spend too much time on Youtube. It’s a habit that I am working to curb. I’m fully aware that there can be too much of a good thing, and I spend way too much time watching Youtube vloggers! I don’t go to restaurants, theater shows, movies, clubs or bars. When I want to indulge, have fun or take my mind off of things — I watch Youtube. I’ve done this for years. But in the last year or so, the habit has been growing. I’ve got to prune it and keep it in check. I don’t want to end it! :) Just trim it back, a bit.
Today went well. I’m loving the new strength routine. I did it today without even thinking about it, I just jumped right into it after my cardio. Yay! Tomorrow I want to do another photoshoot for my shop (I’ll share a few of the pics after I do), and I also want to drink more. I still need to get my hydration up — way up. It takes practice. Practice makes perfect.
