Winter Noms – Day 49 of 92

vegan recipes

It’s almost 9PM, and I haven’t written my Sunday blog post for Sunday Is For Lovers yet. I always try to write it the day before, then post it in the morning. Sometimes I draw a blank, or feel afraid or some type of pressure, so it takes a while until my fingers start tapping away at the keyboard, as a result of a surrendered mind. …I hope it happens soon!

What I did today:
As usual, I filled a bunch of work orders this morning. I had a lot to do, because this is basically the last sweep of Etsy orders I will get out for the Christmas holiday. It’s possible that more could arrive, and request Express shipping — but I don’t think it will be many.
I also exercised, and drank lots, and ate well — I had steamed cabbage today (with steamed spinach, red butter lettuce and homemade tahini sauce.) I haven’t had cabbage in forever. It was delicious! I totally forgot about them. I have no idea why. Also, I really wanted to buy an avocado today, and I didn’t do it. (Because I felt like I would already be loading up on tahini sauce, I figured I had my fat source covered.) Wanting the avocado reminded me of some of This Rawsome Vegan Life‘s posts and recipes. I used her photos for this blog post. Check out her blog for more photos and fantastic recipes.

(If you want to know more about this 92 day journey, you can find Day 1 here. It will fill you in on all the details.)
