Wow, what a difference a day makes. Yesterday it was cold and gray outside. Super-nippy and a little depressing. I was craving the warmth and sun like crazy. Today, totally unexpectedly, the weather was great! It felt spring-like, and it was so much fun to be outdoors. I went out twice to exercise and play with my dog. We had such a great time basking in the pleasant weather. It made me so grateful for the little things. Being outside comfortably, and being able to breath deeply with ease is such blessing. During spring and summer I forget all about it, I forget what a gift and luxury it can be. But when it’s taken away, and winter feels cold and long… I am reminded of all the pleasant breezes that sunny weather can bring, as well as all the full breaths I am able to take.
Everything is pretty much the same as far as the 92 day challenge goes. I only have 10 days left, so I’m pretty much on the homestretch. I have some new ideas of what I want to do next — so stay tuned!
